10X Agents International offers:

Paid access to digital courses, coaching, and educational content.

CRM platform tools for lead management, marketing automation, and client engagement.

Access to AI-powered agents and automations.

Membership-based communities for networking, collaboration, and training.

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any part of the services at any time without notice.

4. Account Registration and Access

To access certain features (including the CRM, AI agents, and community), you must create an account. You agree to:

5. Payment Terms

6. Intellectual Property

All content provided by 10X Agents International—including courses, CRM templates, AI workflows, designs, videos, graphics, and written materials—is owned by the Company or its licensors.

You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the content solely for your personal or business use. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

7. Acceptable Use Policy

By using our services, you agree not to:

Violate any applicable laws or regulations.

Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.

Share or distribute your login credentials with unauthorized parties.

Attempt to disrupt or hack the operation of our CRM, AI agents, courses, or communities.

These tools should not be considered legal, financial, or real estate advice.

You remain fully responsible for reviewing AI-generated content and ensuring compliance with local regulations, industry standards, and ethical guidelines.

We do not guarantee specific results from the use of our AI tools.

9. Community Guidelines

Our community (www.10xagents.global/communities/groups/10x-agents) is intended as a positive, collaborative space.

Users agree to:

Respect other members.

Avoid spam, self-promotion, or solicitation outside of approved contexts.

Follow the posted community rules.

Violation of these guidelines may result in removal from the community without refund.

Our total liability for any claims under these Terms is limited to the amount you paid for the service during the twelve (12) months prior to the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 10X Agents Inc, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of your use of the services or violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to any service, at our discretion, if you breach these Terms or misuse the platform.

Termination does not relieve you of any payment obligations incurred prior to termination.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Idaho, United States, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with the updated date. Your continued use of the services constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
